Custom Order Refund Policy
All custom and personalized items are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold. For this reason, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun.
Please carefully review all order details, including names, dates, colors, sizes, photos, and spelling, before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer during the proofing process.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable custom order policy.
Shipping Damage Policy
We take great care in packaging every order to help ensure it arrives safely. Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping company.
If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and immediately file a damage claim with the shipping carrier that delivered your order. Most carriers require photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label as part of the claims process.
We recommend reporting shipping damage as soon as possible after delivery. While we are happy to provide any available shipping information needed for your claim, reimbursement for shipping-related damage must be pursued directly through the carrier.
